The game has two game modes - the "Objective" and the "Stopwatch." The objective mode involves battling through parts of the city and completing objectives before time runs out. There are no controller support or aim assist, which means, all that lies between you and certain death is player skill and reaction. Teamwork and communication are strongly emphasized during the game. Each mercenary has its own set of weapons and unique abilities which can be customized with loadout cards. Players can select up to three from the 23 mercenaries to play and switch between these mercenaries upon death at any given time while in a match. This event was dubbed as the "Dirty Bomb" incident.Īt the beginning of each match, players could choose one of two teams, either Jackal or CDA, and complete various objectives while fighting both the opposing team and the clock to win the round.
